By using ConcordXpress, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Concord Express Inc.
ConcordXpress is a technology platform connecting drivers offering rides with passengers seeking them. We do not own or operate any vehicles. We are not a transportation carrier.
Users agree to provide accurate information, comply with local laws, respect other users, and use the platform for its intended purpose of intercity carpooling and package delivery.
Card and online payments are processed by Stripe or Flutterwave. Funds are held in escrow until trip completion. Cash payments are between driver and passenger directly.
Cancellations within 2 hours of departure may incur fees. Full refunds are issued for driver no-shows or trip cancellations by the driver within 24 hours of departure.
ConcordXpress provides the technology platform. Users are responsible for their own actions. We are not liable for damages arising from trips, subject to applicable consumer law.
