Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

ConcordXpress is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone.

2. Standards

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for web and mobile. Our mobile app supports screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack), dynamic type, and reduced motion.

3. Features

Keyboard navigation throughout. High contrast mode. Semantic HTML. ARIA labels on interactive elements. No flashing content. Captioned videos.

4. Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing priority. We test with real users with disabilities and iterate. Known issues are tracked publicly on our GitHub.

5. Report issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email accessibility@concordxpress.ca. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours and respond with a plan within 10 business days.

6. Alternatives

For users unable to complete booking online, phone booking is available at +1-613-XXX-XXXX during business hours (9am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri).
